Buy To Lets.
These have become very popular just recently and have caused much publicity and for good reason…the are very good !
As interest rates have fallen so has the invested returns available, so investors have turned to property as a way of making money.
A Buy to Let allows you, legitimately to purchase a property for the sole purpose of renting out. The interest rates are comparable to normal domestic rates available and no repayment or life cover are required (although these are recommended).
Let to Buy
An alternative to a Buy to Let in so much as; As an existing property owner, you may raise up to 95% of the valuation of the property and then rent it to gain a return.
The raised funds can then be put towards the purchase of your next property. In this way it may be possible to “leap frog” from one property to another and create a portfolio as you go.
Should property values increase and a profit be made from the property this could be worth considering.
